Hard Reset

The human body is the vehicle that carries us through life. Not only is it important to be aware of what we put into our bodies, but it’s critical to allow our bodies to cleanse and detox from the things we are exposed to and the not so good things we put in our body. This online course will provide step by step resources to take our lives and health  into our own hands by giving it a hard reset. 

When our bodies are clogged and depleted we experience fatigue, pain, inflammation, and depression. Our life force is low, we have problems with digestion, we develop allergies, and our immune system has a hard time fighting pathogens, viruses, and disease. 

In the Yogic tradition we want to balance the Prana (life force) and Apanna (eliminating force). In this course we will be cleansing the body through diet, colonic irrigation, sweating, and massage. We will provide a simple diet and easy ways to prepare these foods and include supplements and tonics that support the system. 

We will also be doing inner work by taking self inventory of our limiting thoughts and belief systems that hold us back from our full potential. We will provide meditations and yogic techniques to support this process of moving through the shadow. We will assign journal work, set goals and daily practices that empower us to be the creator beings that  we came here to be. 

By taking action in our lives we will renew, recover, restore, and rejuvenate not only our bodies, but our minds and hearts to live our lives feeling good, full of life force energy that allows for clarity, intuition, and empowerment. When we are balanced and build the Life Force within us, our lives become easier to manage, and we move with grace through life’s challenges. We have vitality and when we show up to life- life shows up for us!
